About the Author

Hi, I’m Kelley Cain.

I’m an author, hope builder, and encourager passionate about helping women discover God’s goodness through faith, gratitude, and a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ.

Like many people, I’ve walked through seasons of heartbreak, loss, uncertainty, and unexpected change. There were times when I couldn’t see the way forward, yet even in those difficult seasons, God never stopped walking beside me.

For years, I believed I had to be stronger, try harder, and carry life’s burdens on my own. But as I grew closer to Jesus, He gently began changing my perspective. He opened my eyes to something I had been missing all along.

Even in my hardest seasons, God had been leaving reminders of His goodness everywhere.

A kind word at just the right moment.

An unexpected answer to prayer.

A sunrise that reminded me His mercies are new every morning.

A verse of Scripture that met me exactly where I was.

Quiet gifts that pointed my heart back to Him.

Once I began noticing His goodness, gratitude became more than something I practiced. It became the way I learned to recognize God’s presence, faithfulness, and love in my everyday life.

That discovery changed everything.

Today, my passion is helping women become treasure hunters for God’s goodness in their own lives. Because gratitude isn’t about pretending life is perfect. It’s about discovering the gifts God has already been placing along our path.

That journey inspired The Abundant Heart Journal, Rooted in Love™, and every resource I create.

My prayer is that everything I write encourages you to slow down, draw closer to Jesus, and discover His goodness in ways you may never have noticed before. Because when we begin recognizing His gifts, our hearts naturally overflow with gratitude, our faith grows stronger, and hope begins to flourish.

Because your story isn’t over.

And God isn’t finished writing it yet.
